University of Delaware Athletics

Our mission is to offer a comprehensive athletic experience along with the finest education possible for more than 600 student-athletes across varsity sports. As part of the University’s strategic plan, The Path to Prominence, investing in the future of UD student-athletes ensures ongoing excellence both in the classroom and on the playing fields.

University of Delaware Athletic Fund (UDAF)

The University of Delaware Athletic Fund (UDAF) is the fundraising arm of UD Athletics. The UDAF is responsible for raising critical financial support for athletic scholarships, operating budgets, special projects and capital projects.

As the cost of higher education continues to rise, so does the cost of ensuring that UD Athletics remains highly competitive within the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) and among peer institutions.
